Submission
The deadline for full paper submission is 31 August 2026, 23:59 IST (UTC+5:30). Late submissions will not be accepted.
Yes. Remove all author names, affiliations, and acknowledgements that reveal identity from the submitted manuscript. Self-citations should be written in the third person.
No. ICACM 2026 accepts only original, unpublished work. Simultaneous submission to another conference or journal is not permitted.
Registration
Registration is handled through the online portal linked on the Registration page. Select your delegate category, complete payment, and you will receive a confirmation email within two business days.
Yes. Each accepted paper must be presented by at least one registered author at the conference. Papers not presented may be excluded from the proceedings.
Yes. A reduced student registration rate is available. A valid student ID must be uploaded during registration and presented on-site.
Publication
All accepted and presented papers will appear in the ICACM 2026 conference proceedings. Selected papers will be invited for journal publication after the event.
Camera-ready versions incorporating reviewer feedback must be uploaded by 10 November 2026 through the author portal.
Travel
Most international delegates can enter Thailand visa-free or obtain a visa on arrival, depending on nationality. An invitation letter is available upon request after successful registration.
No. Registration covers conference sessions, meals during the event, and proceedings access. A list of recommended hotels is available on the Venue page.
